I love how intense and mysterious the character is in this lighting. While I think you might benefit from just the faintest outline defining the edge of the sleeve and hand on the right side of her body, that's a stylistic choice. The flame is also nicely done, as is the pose.

Anatomically, the only issue I see is in her left arm. It just seems too long to me. When straightened out, her fingertips should fall right between her knee and her hip.

I also think the familiar she has there could benefit from just a little bit more detail. It's kind of jarring compositionally to me. Maybe if you brought in some orange highlights from where the flame would cast light upon the edges of its fur, it would help tie it all together?

Very nice image over all, you've obviously got a talent for cell shading that I truly do envy.

Good work! really! I think this is your best picture so far

I especially like the coloration in this one, the high contrast is very nice and gives the picture very much depth and make it stand out.
The lighting is very nice, tough I'd prefer a reddish color for the lighting, because it would be fitting much more to the flame in her hand.
I really like the way you drew her hair, because I find it pretty difficult to draw kinda realistic anime-hair, but you did a great job with this.

The flame in her hand looks really nice, too. It looks a little bit small (so does the hand), I would have done it bigger, especially because the lighting is relatively bright, but it looks really nice this way, too.
